較早前，Twitter 推出了 iOS 版本 Twitter App 5.2 更新，加入像 Instagram 的濾鏡及裁剪兩個簡單的圖片編輯選項。當中採用了 Aviary 開發的濾鏡功能，提供八個不同的濾鏡供用家選擇。至於裁剪方面，就為用戶帶來了與在 iOS 5 開始搭載在 iOS 上的簡單裁剪照片功能。
同時，搭載相同功能的 Android 版 Twitter App 更新也於稍早推出，各位可以在跳轉後觀看操作示範影片，以及到 iTunes App Store（iOS）或 Google Play Store（Android）進行更新。
